We provide every new member with a free fitness program where you’ll learn a variety of exercises and ways to train.

Pulse was created by experienced trainers wishing to optimize the effort put into a workout. By ensuring clients stay in the appropriate heart rate range for various workouts, it is possible to achieve more from an exercise in far less time. This is the basis for Pulse – making classes work for the participant to get the results they want by focusing on accountability and heart rate monitoring.
